Oceania Cruises is known for two things: providing the most luxurious modern cruise line experiences and providing the best value, so I was excited when I heard they had launched the Vista. The Vista has all the amenities you would expect from a modern luxury cruise line, and like it’s sister ships, it has a European feel. When you enter the Vista, you are transported to a new world. The room design is modern yet classic, with a hint of European elegance and sophistication. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

The worldwide recession has seen the hotel industry in Australia take a bit of a hit, with the drop in visitor numbers and the rise of the digital nomad. To counter this, Oceania has added an extra level of luxury to its Vista Hotels, by introducing the Vista’s room and suite designs. The Vista’s room will be the largest room in the hotel, with an incredible floor-space of 22,400 square feet. The suite will have a double bed, a luxury bathroom, a living room area with a sofa and a satellite TV, as well as a separate dining area and an en-suite bath.

Oceania Cruises has revealed the design of the rooms and suites on its newest ship. It features larger bedrooms and bathrooms in the verandah-style areas aboard the Vista, which will make its maiden voyage in early 2024.

All cabins and suites will feature rainforest-style showers, larger bathrooms and more storage. The larger Penthouse, Oceania and Vista suites offer even more space, including dining and living areas. The Vista is Oceania’s first cruise ship that will also offer cabins for solo travelers, called Concierge-level Solo Veranda Cabins.
