Plan to give Italy a try with Perillo Tours’ August Italy tour? If you’re not sure which city to start your Italian adventure, Perillo Tours has a complete Italy itinerary that includes the best of Rome, Florence, and Venice. We’ll start in Venice, the city that gave the world the Rialto Bridge and its wide, white-sailed gondolas, and then head south to Florence, birthplace of the Renaissance, where Michelangelo’s David stares down from the Uffizi Gallery. And then we’ll pack up our bags and head northwest to Rome, the eternal city and the capital of the world.

Perillo Tours will resume new tours in Italy in August. Quote: “We feel very much excited to have the opportunity to share our experience of Italy with the many customers who would like to visit Italy, and bring them valuable information concerning Italy.”

After a hiatus, Perillo Tours will be resuming its tours in Italy in August. The tours lead through Castello Sforzesco and the famous Castello, as well as the cities of Milan, Venice, Florence, Assisi and Pisa, and the Tuscany region, including the towns of San Gimignano and Siena.

Perillo Tours, a 76-year pioneer in guided travel to Italy, has announced the formal relaunch of its operations in Italy with the 14-day Italy North Classic itinerary, which will leave on August 29, 2024 and travel via Rome, Sorrento, Florence, Venice, and Milan. The firm also intends to restart select departure dates in September for the other seven trips in the 2024 collection.

“We’ve been waiting a long time to go back to what my family has been doing for 76 years…bringing American tourists to Italy,” said Steve Perillo, owner of Perillo Tours in his third generation. “It’s almost appropriate that our return to Italy is marked with our best-selling and most popular itinerary, Italy North Classic, which my father Mario designed back in 1975.”

Perillo Tours Will Resume Italy Tours in August

“It feels wonderful to finally declare that Italy is completely accessible to US leisure travelers,” Perillo added, “but we know that this raises a lot of concerns from our guests.” Our goal is to take away all of the uncertainty so that visitors can enjoy their time in Italy while we take care of the preparation and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.”

According to a spring study done by members of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), visitors are booking Italy as their top destination for both 2024 and 2024. “Italy is one of the most popular destinations on the planet,” Perillo said, “and we’ve seen a spike in interest in locations like Rome, Florence, Amalfi, Sicily, and Venice since border opening announcements began.”
